SEAREX Unmanned Surface Vessels - USV
Imagine the seamless coordination and extended reach of the Kondor 18m Patrolboats USV fleet through the innovative connectivity provided by a dedicated mothership – the 40m High Speed Catamaran. Serving as a central hub, this advanced mothership integrates radio receivers with an impressive 300km range, enabling efficient communication and control over the entire fleet. The catamaran acts as a vital connector, enhancing the versatility and operational capabilities of the Kondor fleet by facilitating real-time data exchange and command transmission.
Anti- Boarding
With an almost 50 knot top speed, retractable transom and fully enclosed cabin, Kondor is virtually safe from any physical threat.
Anti -Spoofing
The primary source of data is an inertial navigation system (INS) which uses global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) / global positioning system (GPS) data along with gyro data to develop a high confidence solution for heading, speed, altitude, and position. In addition to the technologies listed above, SEAREX has investigated and integrated controlled reception pattern antennas (CRPA) with anti-jam processing as well as M-Code GPS receivers that support aerial location hardening in contested environments.
Anti- Sniffing
SSH networks are used along with private encryption keys to secure over the air communications. The most modern algorithms (e.g. AES-GCM) are unbreakable without quantum computers.
Anti- Electronic Warfare
Vessel MASS provides an exclusion zone for EW improbability. On-board noise processing computer allows for managment of Denial of Service attacks.
Fail Safes & Countermeasures
